THE COMPANY
Founded in 1998 by the Gallo brothers, it is based at the foot of the Sila plateau, in the beautiful mountainous area of Calabria. For more than 20 years, the 'Casarecci di Calabria' company has been producing food products that reflect the excellence of the area and beyond.
The entire production and processing system is carried out according to traditional methods with the sole objective of returning to the customer a product that encapsulates the ancient flavours of Calabria. Of fundamental importance is the choice of raw materials that are processed without colouring agents and preservatives.
The result is products with an authentic and genuine flavour. Initially, the family-run business was only involved in the production and processing of products in oil, vegetables and mushrooms. Over the years, however, they have had to innovate to meet new market demands.
